How did you hurt it? Animating for too long?
Last night I had almost a one night stand, I was up animating, I went to bed at around 4:00 AM. Anyway, my back started hurting from sitting for such a long time.

Actually I don't know, but I was carrying some big thing and was about to place it somewhere when it felt like someone stabbed me in the spine. Trust me, it frickin hurts :/ So I had to take it very easy for some hours, then sit at the computer for not very long :(
But I'm better now, still not perfect, but better :)

Hurt my back, had to lay down for like 6 hours :(
